Покрытие при COVID-19 теперь составляет 45 000 ЕВРО (51 750 USD) или 90 000 ЕВРО (103 500 USD).
2. Добавлена опция "Алкоголь"! При наличии данного пункта в Полисе, мы покроем медицинские расходы даже если застрахованный турист был в нетрезвом состоянии во время страхового события.
При утрате багажа, GROSS INSURANCE оплачивает 10 ЕВРО за каждый килограмм. Объекты, находившегося внутри багажа – не принимаются на страхование.
При повреждении багажа, GROSS INSURANCE платит 40 ЕВРО за единицу багажа, но не более чем за 2 единицы.
При задержке багажа более чем на 6 часов по прилету в страну назначения (за исключением Республики Узбекистан), выплачивается 20 Долларов за 1 (одного) человека.
GROSS INSURANCE не платит если багаж был задержан по прибытию в аэропорт страны/ местности постоянного проживания.
GROSS INSURANCE оплачивает расходы Застрахованного если поездка отменяется в результате:
1. Смерти, внезапного заболевания самого Застрахованного
2. Смерти близкого родственника Застрахованного
3. Повреждения или гибели имущества Застрахованного (кроме транспортного средства)
4. Необходимости личного (самостоятельного) участия Застрахованного в уголовном и/или административном судебном разбирательстве
5. Внезапных неполадок, сбоев, отказа в работе машинных устройств и других непредвиденных обстоятельств, произошедших с авиа или железнодорожным средством
GROSS INSURANCE оплачивает расходы Застрахованного если поездка отменяется в результате:
1. Выявления COVID-19 у Застрахованного и его принудительного размещения в зону карантина или обсервации
2. Смерти, внезапного заболевания самого Застрахованного
3. Смерти близкого родственника Застрахованного
4. Повреждения или гибели имущества Застрахованного (кроме транспортного средства)
5. Необходимости личного (самостоятельного) участия Застрахованного в уголовном и/или административном судебном разбирательстве
6. Внезапных неполадок, сбоев, отказа в работе машинных устройств и других непредвиденных обстоятельств, произошедших с авиа или железнодорожным средством
GROSS INSURANCE возмещает вред, причиненный Застрахованным жизни, здоровью или имуществу третьих лиц (результате неумышленных действий) в рамках лимита установленного в полисе страхования.
Если Застрахованному лицу потребовалась срочная правовая (юридическая) помощь в результате его вовлечения в судебное или внесудебное (административное) разбирательство вследствие:
- причинения вреда здоровью, имуществу, имущественным интересам Застрахованного лица третьими лицами;
- причинения вреда жизни, здоровью или имуществу третьих лиц, повлекших возникновение гражданской ответственности Застрахованного лица GROSS INSURANCE организует предоставление правовой (юридической) помощи и осуществить оплату в рамках лимита
установленного в полисе страхования
