CCLIOMV is mandatory insurance for vehicle owners, as required by the legislation of Uzbekistan. It provides financial protection if you are held responsible for causing a road traffic accident.
What does the CCLIOMV policy cover?
In the event of an accident where other parties are affected, the CCLIOMV insurance covers a one-time compensation, including
Property damage — up to 35% of the total insured amount
Injury or loss of life — up to 65% of the total insured amount

Driving without a valid CCLIOMV policy is an administrative violation and is subject to fines.

What to do in case of an insured event
Stop the vehicle, turn on hazard lights, and place a warning triangle.
Do not move the vehicle until the traffic police arrive.
Contact the Traffic Safety Department (GAI/UBDD) to officially document the incident.
If there are injured persons, immediately call an ambulance at 103.
