What to do in case of an insured event
Stop your vehicle, switch on hazard lights, and secure the scene
Check the condition of all passengers. If there are injuries, call an ambulance (103) and provide first aid if possible
Call the Traffic Safety Department (GAI/GSBDD) to report the accident
Do not use the European Accident Statement (Europrotocol) — it is not valid for KASKO claims
Call GROSS at 1166 for immediate support
Do not leave the scene before the arrival of traffic inspectors — doing so is a legal violation
Document the incident — take photos or videos of the damage and the surroundings
