According to the report by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NAPP) titled “Indicators of the Insurance Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024”, GROSS ranked first among insurance companies in Uzbekistan based on the most important metric — the number of settled claims.

In 2024, the company successfully resolved nearly all customer claims — 98.7% of applicants received compensation, one of the highest rates in the market. In comparison, the national average stood at 92.3%. GROSS closed 33,230 insurance claims, which represents a quarter of all payouts made across the country that year. In total, all insurers in Uzbekistan reviewed 143,709 applications and approved payouts for 132,629 of them.

“Our priority is to protect our clients’ interests and fully honor our commitments. For the second consecutive year, we have maintained our leadership in claim settlements, reaffirming GROSS’s reliability. We design insurance products that truly work, stay in touch 24/7, and always deliver compensation. Earning and justifying our clients’ trust is essential for us,”
 – stated Otabek Nazarov, Chairman of the Board of GROSS.

The company consistently ranks among the Top 3 in terms of accepted obligations and insurance premiums in the country. GROSS holds a 7.9% market share of Uzbekistan’s insurance sector.

GROSS was awarded a special prize “For Leadership in the Number of Successfully Settled Insurance Claims in Uzbekistan in 2023” by the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan.

GROSS’s high level of service and reliability are also recognized internationally. In 2024, the company received the Gazet International Award for “Best Customer Service in Insurance Uzbekistan 2024.” This accolade confirms GROSS’s commitment to high service standards and its innovative approach to developing the insurance business.
