A new presidential decree has been issued!

THE ROLE OF THE INSURANCE MARKET IS INCREASING. A NEW PRESIDENTIAL DECREE HAS BEEN ISSUED!
On August 2, 2019 the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to reform and ensure accelerated development of the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was issued.
The document defines the main directions of reforms and accelerated development of the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the purpose of which is:

ensuring dynamic development of the national insurance market;

introduction of new types of insurance services in demand;

increasing consumer confidence in the insurance market.

In order to implement the tasks set by this resolution the "Road map" on the accelerated development of the insurance market of Uzbekistan for 2019-2020 years, as well as a number of documents and the composition of the Working Group on facilitating the reform and accelerated development of the insurance market of Uzbekistan were approved.
The fact that during the ongoing reforms our state pays special attention to the active development of financial services, ensuring stable economic growth, improving the quality and living standards of the population, is encouraging. Development of financial services, in its turn, causes strengthening the role of insurance market and wide application of insurance tools. And strengthening the role of the insurance market makes it possible to reach the level of world insurance and ensure a worthy future.
