Graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies with a Bachelor’s degree in 1999 and a Master’s degree in 2001, majoring in Economics.

Worked in both private companies and government institutions in the fields of marketing, human resources, and finance, including the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since 2017, she has been actively involved in the insurance industry. Her career has progressed from Head of Department to Chief Executive Officer of NEW LIFE INSURANCE, where she has successfully led the development of internal processes and human capital management.

Current positionSince 2024, has held the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board at JSC “GROSS SUG‘URTA KOMPANIYASI”, while concurrently continuing to serve as CEO of “NEW LIFE” LLC.
