What to do in the event of an insurance case
- Immediately report the event to the competent authorities (fire department, internal affairs authorities, etc.)

- Insurance policy (original)
- all documents related to the loss with confirmation of the necessary authorized bodies
- documents corresponding to the terms and conditions of this insurance contract
- documents, confirming expenses incurred
- call emergency commissioners at 1166
In the application for insurance indemnity the Policyholder shall be obliged to specify the following:
- date and description of the accident at the hazardous industrial facility
- actions of the Insured in case of the accident
- the proposed amount of damage and the amount of insurance compensation to which the policyholder claims
- documents, confirming expenses incurred
- call emergency commissioners at 1166
A written application for payment of insurance compensation must be made and submitted to the insurer within 5 (five) working days.
